The first annual Rodney F Pocceschi Scholarship was awarded to Shannon Wolcott in August 2004.  Shannon is a graduate of Pittston Area High School, Pittston PA. 
 
This scholarship is open to area high school seniors that want to continue their education in the criminal justice area.
